World-renowned custom vehicle builders, ​​Osprey Custom 4x4, present their latest achievement — a stunning Santorini Black Metallic 3-Door Station Wagon with an incredible panoramic moonroof!

This extraordinary build was completed in April 2023 by our team of skilled Master Craftsmen at our headquarters in Castle Hayne, North Carolina. A lusty 6.2L Corvette LS3 V8 mated to a smooth-shifting 6L80E 6-speed automatic transmission with a PCS® push-button gear selector with LED display distributes constant power through a heavy-duty, center differential lock-equipped LT230 transfer case to all four wheels ensuring the robust 430 horsepower and 425 pound-feet of torque is transferred to the terrain — power that AutoBlog recently referred to as “unquestionably good”.  Powerful, updated front and rear disc brakes ensure stops are quiet, safe, quick, and efficient.

The upgraded, heavy-duty front and rear axles are positioned on the new, hot-dipped galvanized chassis by slightly elevated  Terrafirma® shocks and springs, Terrafirma® caster-corrected front and cranked rear radius arms, track rod, drag link, and steering damper, all protected by a heavy-duty aluminum front skid plate. It stands on bold, satin black 18-inch Iconisis® “ICON 7” alloy wheels wrapped with 275/70R18 Goodyear® Wrangler Territory® MT (Maximum Traction) tires — a hybrid on- and off-road tire with an open tread design that helps clear mud from the tire and provides superb traction even when the pavement ends.

The body was expertly finished in sophisticated Santorini Black Metallic with color-matched wheel arches and trim at our in-house body and paint facility. The satin black powder-coated multi-point Safety Devices® roll cage provides added protection for human cargo while the deep-tinted, flush-fitting rear side and quarter glass lends an air of sophistication. The large panoramic moonroof paired with the quintessential Alpine windows offers expansive and unobstructed views of the sky for passengers.

The front end was outfitted with a gloss black grille with satin silver inserts, gloss black light surrounds, and side intake and forced-air wing top vents with satin silver accents. Custom, laser-etched “Osprey” black anodized aluminum door handles, black anodized aluminum door, bonnet, and windscreen hinges enhance the stealthy, monochromatic exterior color scheme.

LED headlamps with smoked marker, turn, reverse, and tail lamps provide modern, precise illumination, and finishing off the impressive front is a Superwinch® SX10 10,000-pound winch with synthetic line mounted on a satin black powder-coated, slim-line winch bumper with four integrated LED daytime running lamps. At the rear, the satin black powder-coated North American Spec (NAS) step bumper has been designed to accommodate a high-definition rearview camera, a 2-inch hitch receiver, and jacking/recovery points, while the heavy-duty, swing-away rear tire carrier provides a tidy and functional solution to store the spare tire.

Gloss black powder-coated tubular “Fire & Ice” style side steps assist with ingress and egress to the stylish passenger cabin where you’ll find unexpected luxury and true utility. Supple Caramel Leather abounds inside, covering the high-back, heated front sport seats, the four side-facing, stowable rear seats, the dash, and the door cards. Behind the leather-wrapped steering wheel, you’ll find a contemporary dash with excellent heating and air conditioning, ensuring comfortable cabin temperatures regardless of the weather outside.

The impressive command center is focused around a grand piano-black center fascia housing the state-of-the-art infotainment system featuring an Atoto® S8 Android-based 7-inch HD capacitive touch-screen head unit with wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto®, dual Bluetooth®, built-in Digital Signal Processor, and GPS navigation, backed by a rich sounding Rockford Fosgate® 8-speaker array, and powered by a Blaupunkt® 5-channel, 1600 watt amplifier. Security and convenience items include central locking, power windows, and a Viper® keyless entry system with remote starting.
