World-renowned custom vehicle builders, Osprey Custom 4x4 in Castle Hayne, North Carolina, are proud to present our latest bespoke-built offering — a sophisticated 110 Station Wagon – respectfully bridging legendary automotive heritage with modern craftsmanship and technology.

Starting with a new hot-dip galvanized chassis, this ground-up build was completed by our talented Team of craftsmen in May 2022. A deep-breathing, free-revving 6.2L Corvette LS3 V8 provides forward motivation, while the smooth-shifting 6L80E 6-speed automatic transmission with PCS® LED display push-button gear selector mated to a heavy-duty LT230 transfer case distributes constant power to all four wheels, ensuring the vast majority of the 435+ horsepower and 445+ pound-feet of ground-punishing torque makes it to the ground. Power disc brakes at all four corners ensure stopping is safe, quick, and efficient.

The upgraded, heavy-duty TDCI front and rear axles are located by slightly-taller-than-stock Terrafirma® Pro Sport springs, along with heavy-duty Terrafirma® shocks, Terrafirma® caster-corrected front and cranked rear radius arms, track rod, drag link, and Terrafirma® steering damper, all protected by a heavy-duty aluminum front skidplate. It rides on classic, 18" Kahn® “1983” satin black alloy wheels wrapped with aggressive 275/70R18 Cooper® Discoverer Rugged Trek™ all-terrain tires.

The deep Nautical Blue Metallic body panels with matching wheel arches and trim were carefully mated to the chassis once back from our in-house bodywork and paint shop. The black powder-coated 6-point NAS (North American Specification) roll cage protects your precious human cargo, while the front end was updated with a premium grille with black wire-mesh insert, body-colored light surrounds, gloss black side intake, and forced air wing top vents. The front bumper houses twin LED running lamps, and the NAS rear step bumper, complete with a 2" hitch receiver, jacking/recovery points, trailer wiring harness, and heavy-duty swing-away rear tire carrier neatly finishes the tail end.

In the cockpit, the modern TDCI PUMA-style dash provides excellent heating and air conditioning ensuring the passenger cabin is comfortable year-round and there’s even a heated front windscreen for those extra frosty mornings. The heated front seats are upholstered in supple, dark saddle leather, as are the second-row seats, door cards, dash, and steering wheel with an embossed logo. Four side-facing, stowable rear seats with matching upholstery provide the ultimate in flexibility – seating for additional passengers or true utilitarian cargo space. The bespoke interior is further complemented with billet aluminum interior door pulls, handles, and lock buttons. The leather-wrapped center console houses a deep storage cubby, as well as a wireless fast-charging pad for your mobile device, and USB charging points.

Infotainment is furnished by an Atoto® S8 Android-based 7” touch-screen head unit with navigation, Bluetooth®, wireless Apple Car Play®, and Android Auto® integrated into the piano-black fascia center stack and complemented by a rich-sounding Rockford Fosgate® 8-speaker array. The front windows are power-operated, and the Viper® keyless entry and remote starting provide security and convenience. Heavy-duty rubber floor mats protect the fully-carpeted front footwells and rear loadspace area.
