Built exclusively for the 2025 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, this one-of-one 2026 Fuji White OC90 Soft Top is a bold showcase of design, performance, and hand-built craftsmanship. Conceived as a modern icon with timeless soul, it represents Osprey Custom 4x4’s relentless pursuit of innovation—where precision engineering and refined luxury meet head-turning presence. Powered by a Corvette® LS3 V8 and fitted with a curated array of premium performance components from the industry’s most respected brands, this OC90 stands as a rolling testament to bespoke capability.

PERFORMANCE, PERFECTED
At the heart of this build lies the legendary 6.2-liter Corvette® LS3 V8 crate engine, producing 430+ horsepower (320+ kW) and 425+ lb-ft (576+ N·m) of torque. It’s awakened by a Digital Guard Dawg® PBS-X push-button ignition and paired with a smooth 6L80E six-speed automatic transmission, feeding a heavy-duty LT230 transfer case with center differential lock. The drivetrain channels relentless power through heavy-duty axles, supported by slightly elevated Terrafirma® shocks and springs with caster-corrected arms.

A custom Fluidyne® Osprey-spec four-core radiator with dual Perma-Cool® high-speed electric fans maintains optimal cooling, while a free-flowing dual-outlet exhaust in satin black delivers a commanding soundtrack. Upgraded front and rear disc brakes ensure confident stopping power on or off-road.

The OC90 rolls on gloss-white 18-inch Iconisus Forged® ICON 7™ wheels, wrapped in aggressive Kenda® Klever® M/T2 tires with Podium2Pavement™ Performance—the same race-proven rubber trusted in professional desert and short-course competition.

DESIGN THAT DEFINES
Finished in crisp Fuji White with color-matched wheel arches and trim, the OC90 Soft Top exudes modern minimalism with classic cues. A gloss-black XS-style grille and light surrounds contrast beautifully with the gloss-white powder-coated slim-line front bumper, which houses twin LED daytime running lamps and integrated proximity sensors.

A vivid yellow powder-coated front skid plate and suspension arms provide a pop of attitude, echoing custom 3M® vinyl graphics inspired by heritage rally icons of the 1980s. Smoked LED lighting, black anodized aluminum hardware, and teak-trimmed rear accents complete the balance of rugged refinement.

The rear features a gloss-white NAS-style step bumper with a teak-wood inlay, dual recovery points, and a two-inch hitch receiver. Above it, the black powder-coated Safety Devices® multi-point safety cage and Signature Autosports™ Twillfast® soft top—with quick-release tinted windows—blend functionality with sophistication.

COMMAND AND COMFORT
Access the cabin using the Viper® DS4P™ long-range color LCD remote control or the Directed® by VOXX® wireless keypad. Inside, the atmosphere is one of precision craftsmanship and refined detail. Premium Santa Barbara Black® Soft Touch leather heated front sport seats and matching door panels feature contrasting yellow stitching and pattern accents, while Dynamat® sound-dampening throughout keeps the cabin serene.

Ambient LED lighting, a wireless charging pad, and a dark wood-rimmed Mountney® steering wheel with stainless-steel spokes reinforce the blend of luxury and function. A satin-black center fascia houses the 7-inch Atoto® S8 MS infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto®, GPS navigation, 4G LTE connectivity, and dual Bluetooth®.
