Grille Light Guards Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:• Park your Ineos® Grenadier® on a flat surface and engage the parking brake.• Lay out all the components of the light guards. Check for any missing parts.

2. Begin by carefully removing the weather stripping above the grille. Pull the stripping side to side when removing off of plastic clips
**Tip: when reinstalling weather stripping later, remove clips from vehicle and install into the stripping first. Then reapply stripping.

3. Re
move the (4) Four T30 Torx-screws from the Factory plastic Headlight plastic cover.

4. After removing the Headlight cover, remove the (4) torx-screws releasing the headlight surround. Once these screws are removed, carefully pull the headlight surround towards the center of the vehicle and out.

5. Next, remove the 4 torx-screws holding on the grille.

6. Repeat these steps on the other side of the vehicle.

7. Once you have both headlight surround assemblies removed and both sides of grille hardware removed, move to the top of the grille and remove the upper torx-screws.

8. With the top of the grille unbuttoned, now remove the lower (4) torx-screws. There will be an additional (2) screws to remove directly under those lower (4).

9. Your grille should now remove freely. If you are fully removing the grille from the vehicle, unplug your foglight connections before removal.

10. Your Grille Light Guards will have two forks sticking off the back. One is longer than the other. Make sure the longer of the forks faces the outside of the vehicle per side.

11. Feel free to gently stretch the forks apart to wrap through the grille. Then, press together to securely fit to the screw width.

12. On the back side of your fog lights there will be (2) T25 torx-screws. Slightly back them out so the light guard forks can slide behind the bolt heads. Once the forks slide between the bolt head and the light, wrapping the bolt thread, secure the forks down with the torx-screws.

13. Double check guard alignment and that they are firm to the grille.

14. Repeat steps 1-8 in reverse to reinstall your grille.

Final Inspection:

• Once all bolts are tightened, inspect the installation for any movement or misalignment.
Ensure that all tools and materials are removed from the work area.

Maintenance Tips
• Periodically check the tightness of the bolts after installation, especially after off-road use.
