Installing Signature Autosports Off-Road Gear bolt-on rock sliders on your Ineos® Grenadier® is a great way to enhance your vehicle's protection and add functional style. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you with the installation:
Tools and Materials Needed
• Socket set (ratchet and various sockets)
• Wrench set
• Torque wrench
• Allen wrenches (if needed for specific bolts)
• Lubricant (optional, for easier bolt insertion)
• Cleaning cloth
• Safety glasses and gloves
Installation Steps
1. Preparation:
• Park your Ineos® Grenadier® on a flat surface and engage the parking brake.
• Lay out all the components of the rock sliders and the provided hardware. Check for any missing parts.
2. Clean the Area:
• Clean the mounting area on the vehicle's chassis where the sliders will attach. Remove any dirt or debris to ensure a secure fit.
3. Position the Rock Sliders:
• With the help of a friend, position the rock sliders against the side of the vehicle, aligning them with the mounting holes. There are (3) three mounting points on each side of the vehicle, where the slider mounts bolt to the frame: Front (4 factory, pre-drilled holes), Center (3 factory, pre-drilled holes), and Rear (4 factory, pre-drilled holes). Ensure that all tools and materials are removed from the work area.
