Installing the Signature Autosports Off-Road Undercarriage Skid Plate Set on your Ineos® Grenadier® is a great way to enhance your vehicle's protection and add functional style. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you with the installation:

Tools and Materials Needed

• Socket Wrench with sockets: sizes 10mm, 13mm (13mm wrench), 17mm (17mm wrench), and 19mm
• Cleaning cloth
• Safety glasses and gloves

Installation Steps:

1. Preparation:
• Park your Ineos® Grenadier® on a flat surface and engage the parking brake.
• Lay out all the components of the skid plate. Check for any missing parts.
• Match your hardware bags with its respective plate using the NUMBERS on each piece (1-4)
**TIP: For each plate, do not fully tighten hardware until ALL hardware is threaded. Leave bolts semi-loose to make it easier to line up all holes to each plate. Tighten after you inspect the plate has all bolts threaded.

1. Large Skid Plate
2. Front Down Guard
3. Fuel Tank Case
4. Knuckles (Rear Control Arm Plates)

Large Skid Plate Installation

1. Begin by removing the existing, factory M12 Bolts from the center crossmember. There are welded nuts we will be using to install the longer, provided M12 Bolts.
2. Install your Mounting brackets to each side on the inside of the frame using the 6" M10 bolts. There is an existing hole on each side to slide the long bolt through. Thread both 6" M10 bolts into the welded nut on the bracket, making sure the nut is against the frame with the bracket bending towards the center of the vehicle.

3. W
hile holding the large plate aligned in place, there will be existing, threaded holes at the front of the plate, install your M10 bolts here. The angled corners of the plate sit towards the rear of the vehicle, and the front of the plate should angle up towards the cabin.
4. The center bolt holes of the plate should align with the holes you removed the factory M12 bolts from. Install your factory M12 bolts and ensure they are threaded into the welded nuts already on the vehicle.
5. You can install the (2) M10 x 30mm bolts with their respective washers and nuts, in the rear two holes, while aligning through the lower hole on the frame brackets you just installed.
6. Once all bolts are threaded, tighten your Large Skid Plate Hardware to ensure a snug fit.

Front Down Guard Installation

1. After installing your Large Skid Plate, you will be able to mount the rear of your Front Down Guard to the front of your large skid plate. Align the holes and use the provided M10 bolts hardware to attach the two guards.
2. The front of the Down Guard should align with two existing holes on the vehicle, where you can attach to via the provided M10 bolt hardware in your #2 bag.

Knuckle Guard (Rear Control Arm Plates) Installation

1. Each of your (2) Rear Control Arm Skid Plates is labeled as Driver (D) or Passenger (P) side. Match each of your plates with its respective side.
2. There will be (2) existing M6 bolt holes with threads on the vehicle already at the frontal rear control arm pinion. Align your plates and use the provided M6 hardware to install your plates.

Fuel Tank Cover Installation

1. You must first remove the factory Fuel Tank Skid Plate via the existing (6) M10 bolts. There are (2) in the front, (2) on the outter side, and (2) in the rear of the factory plate. Keep the factory hardware close by, as we will be using it to re-install the factory fuel tank skid plate. We will be mounting your new Fuel Tank Cover to the existing fuel tank skid plate.
2. With the factory fuel tank skid plate removed, place it upside down on the ground. Lay your new Signature Fuel Tank Skid Cover onto the factory skid plate. Your new Skid Cover will line up with existing holes on the factory fuel tank skid plate.
3. Use the (4) provided M10 bolts and nuts on the Front and Rear mounting holes to snug the cover onto the factory skid plate. There will be (1) shorter M10 bolt with a SLIM M10 nut on it. This must be used on the tighter fitting FRONT hole. Only one hole will have an extremely tight fitment between the cover and the factory fuel tank skid plate, use the slim bolt and nut for that hole.
4. Use the singular provided M8 bolt and nut on the center mounting hole. There is only one center mounting hole towards the side.
5. After making sure your Fuel Tank Cover Skid is secure to the factory fuel tank skid plate, go ahead and install your factory fuel tank skid plate to the vehicle using the factory hardware. (Step 1 in reverse)
